I tried to research his religious preference and could only find that he’d attended and was Chairman of the Board of St Alban’s School. And even if he is Jewish, he may be practicing or not, and he may or may not adhere to the dietary restrictions. If we start ruling out political and judicial candidates on the basis of the tenets of the religion they were born into, we’d soon have no one to fill the positions.

I'd speculated that the judge was of the Opus dei sect but I have not confirmed it
There's a plethora of Catholics of a specific variety on the supreme Court amongst the heritage foundation and others and I don't deem them nefarious but I am aware of Opus dei and who has been connected to them such as Robert Hansen who was a known spy for 20 years, he told his Opus dei priest who told an opus dei associate in the government higher ups at the FBI possibly who kept quiet while Hansen did his treachery until caught, all while going to church every Sunday smiling as he gathered treason and sedition charges
Did you ever find evidence of his religious origin? There's a gateway pundit article talking about a sect of Catholics but I haven't gotten specifics yet but I'm speculating it is Opus dei but have not confirmed the name sounds J but so do many other names that aren't 🤷
